yoga for all stages of life.
Meet Kirsty
Kirsty is a yoga and pranayama teacher, nutritionist and writer who is passionate about making yoga accessible to everybody. She particularly enjoys working one-on-one, using yoga as a therapeutic tool to support health and wellbeing. Her work often focuses on people living with injuries, disabilities or other limitations that make traditional group classes less suitable. Having navigated multiple chronic health challenges herself, she understands that movement looks different for everyone and changes throughout different stages of life.

Therapeutic Yoga: Kirsty’s classes have been something empowering that makes me feel like I’m able to take a bit of control back over my health and honestly I can’t stress enough how helpful its been! Her sessions are the highlight of my week. – Jess B
Group Classes: We have been attending Kirsty’s hatha yoga classes for the past couple of years. We find Kirsty to be a wonderful yoga teacher with a lovely sense of humour and caring personality. Her style is refreshing, relaxed, and with a professionalism guaranteeing a class filled with wonderful energy and harmony. – Rae and Alex
Retreats: I had the most beautiful day at Kirsty’s Winter Solstice Retreat. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed into a calm, nurturing space where every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The combination of gentle yoga, breathwork, infrared sauna, red light therapy and deep rest left me feeling completely relaxed and restored.
Kirsten has such a gentle, authentic presence and creates an environment where you feel safe to slow down, reconnect and simply be. The sense of community among the women was just as special as the practices themselves.
I left feeling lighter, calmer and with a renewed sense of wellbeing. I would highly recommend Kirsty’s retreats to anyone wanting to nourish their body, calm their nervous system and take some much-needed time for themselves. – Nieves H
